The Hotel

I am staying at the Tempo by Hilton, Nashville Downtown.  If you stay at a different hotel, you will need to arrange for transportation to the Tempo before we start in the mornings.  If you wish to stay at the Tempo by Hilton, below is the link to get a discounted rate because we are holding an event there.

You can use this link to reserve guest rooms with an 11% discount from the Flexible Rate, allowing for a 48 hour cancelation prior to arrival. 

 

Please feel free to arrange to share a room with another person(s) to help reduce your costs.

I have not reserved a block of rooms

The gathering begins on Friday morning at 9 am (breakfast at 7:30 – 8:30)

Breakfast and Lunch is included each day – Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Dinner is included on Friday night

We will be done after lunch on Sunday at around 1:30 pm

 

I will be at the hotel on Thursday evening and I’ll be around on Sunday afternoon as well.
